Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gymwolves purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Window (All Other Markets)

For customers outside the EU/UK, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and select accessories (caps, shakers, storage boxes, etc.) cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the item has been used.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@gymwolves.com.tr or initiate a return through your account at gymwolves.com.tr. Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and instructions will be provided when your return is approved. Where required by applicable consumer law, the cost of standard shipping for your original order will be refunded along with your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
